  • All fruits and vegetables are fresh, or dried.

  • Raw eggs and milk, like yogurt.
  • Vegetable milk such as bean milk or whole milk.

  • Seafood includes raw sea fish (for example sushi or sashimi) and seaweed.
  • Chocolate made from cocoa or cocoa beans that do not go through a combustion process.

The benefits offered by this raw food diet might make you so interested in trying it. But, don't hurry. Pay close attention and remember, some of these foods may not be safe to consume in a raw state because they can contain germs or poisons. Foods that are not recommended for consumption raw or without processing are kidney beans, cassava, mushrooms, peas, peas, eggs, meat, and milk. Other risks that also need to be considered while on this diet are nutritional deficiencies. Intake of iron, omega-3, protein, vitamin B12, vitamin D, calcium, and selenium may be lacking because the types of food consumed in this diet are very limited.
